Yoga is a great way to teach your kids how to be calm, while gaining an awareness of their bodies, self-control and discipline. Children need a quiet place, just like adults, and yoga can help them relax enough in freedom to just be a kid.

We have availability for a Prenatal 10 week course on Friday morning at 10:00-11:15am (date and time can be changed) and a Postnatal 5 week course (day/time will be advised).
