The Pilates Mat Program is divided as follow:
Beginner & Intermediate mat course:
Contact (in class) hours – 35 hours (5 days, 9:00-16:00)
Observation hours – 10 hours
Personal Practice – 20 hours
Assistant teaching – 20 hours
Total hours: 85 hours
Upon registration you will receive a 2 years free access to Body and Flow online website, where you can find a variety of exercises, articles and lesson plans.
Fee includes- manual, test out and certificate. Two years access to Body and Flow online resources.
As a Body & Flow student you can attend the same course again and again at no extra charge.
Mat II Pilates Teacher Training with Ory Avni
In this Advance Mat Course we will focus on the advance exercises that requires a higher level of strength, flexibility and balance. We will refine our teaching skills and enhance our skills on how to break down and progress the exercises in a way that will suit the student’s abilities and needs. We will do a comprehensive postural assessment and know how to use it with our students as diagnosing tool, training your eye to see subtle alignment issues and weaknesses. We will also learn common pathologies such as lower back pain, disc pathologies and Osteoporosis and learn how to work with these students safely and progressively.

In addition, the students must complete the following requirements in order to receive their certificate:
- Personal practice 12 hours
- Teaching practice 20 hours
