This course is for the yoga teachers who would like to explore the use of props in their classes and their benefits as well for yoga practitioners who would like to enhance their practice with props. we will focus on the alignment, stability,support, precision and experience.

We will learn:
- How to use 6 basic props: belt, blocks,bolster, chair, blankets & wall as created and introduced by B.K.S Iyengar
- How to help beginner students to perform difficult asana by using the correct prop
- How to enhance student or own practice and go deeper with props maintaining the correct alignment
- How to create correct understanding in student body and learn how to move in asana
- How to stay longer and relax in asana

Program:
3 hrs spent on each prop, and then combination of props in all types of asanas from standing to forward bends, backbends, twists, inversions.

Time: 12.00 - 17.30 from 17 to 20/09 (Thurs - Sun). 30 minutes break

Fee: 4,500,000 VND before 20 Aug, after that 5,500,000 VND
